Are all auto glass replacement companies the same?
NO!! There are basically 3 different types of auto glass replacement companies:
1) National Network Company - (usually no physical locations) They design a fancy webpage and promise you unrealistic prices and coupons, and once you give them the order, they call glass companies close to your home and ask if they will install your window at a discounted rate and.....they keep calling around until they find someone to do it.....CHEAPER THAN THEY CHARGE YOU! They have no concern for the quality of the installation because they won't be dealing with you afterwards.
2) "Out of my truck" company - They buy a pick-up, cell phone, and a couple of tools. Usually, they purchase glass from a junk yard or from an import wholesaler and adhesives from a hardware store. In most cases, they're not certified or insured. Always ask where their shop is located.
3) Full Service Glass Company - Companies that are committed to providing safe auto glass replacements. They have physical locations, certified technicians, liability and workman's compensation insurance, written warranty, OEM quality replacement glass and adhesives.

Why should I care if the auto glass company I choose is insured?
Most people are not aware that if you authorize a repairmen to come on your property for any reason...and they get hurt...and are not insured....THEN YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR INJURIES! Also, if during the process of your repairs they damage something, how are they going to pay for the damage?
Do you offer mobile service?
YES! We come to your home, office, or wherever you want. We have radio dispatched, mobile service vehicles that are fully stocked with all items necessary to replace your window property.
I'm very busy...Will I have to wait around all day for you to arrive?
NO! When you place an order, you can specify if you want service in the morning or afternoon. On the day of service you can call us and we will be able to give you a 2 hour "window" of when we will arrive. AND...we will always call if we are running early or late.
Can you assist me in filing a claim with my insurance company?
YES!! We are an approved installation center for all insurance companies. Our claim "experts" are trained and qualified to assist you from start to finish. We will complete and file all paperwork necessary...and even bill your insurance company direct. You will only be responsible for paying your deductible....if you have one!
Do you replace any other glass other than windshields?
Yes. We repair and replace all auto glass parts: Door, Vent, Back, Quarter. We also replace sliders for your pick-up. We can custom cut flat glass for your off-road machinery.
